Instruments • Roland Cloud - Ultimate Sub -> how to get more than 10 Lifetime Instruments?

hi guys, i dunno if i remember this wrongly but i think i read this some time ago that some got more than 10 lifetime keys. im about 5-6 years subscribed afaik but i see only 10 choices. i want to cancel my sub the next few days as this cloud is just nonsense since 2 years but i want to take my lifetime instruments. i bite my ass i didnt do it last year cause i paid 1 year FOR NOTHING! what a f*cking awful cloud service.
